SECTION 1 - GLOBAL LOGISTICS
To provide you with premium quality products at the best prices, Palazyo operates via centralized global logistics hubs. Your order is shipped directly from our international partners using premium express lines (such as AliExpress Standard Shipping and Cainiao Premium) to ensure safe, fast, and eco-friendly delivery.

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY TIME We offer Worldwide Shipping with a streamlined delivery timeframe for our main markets (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand).

  • Standard International Shipping: 7 - 15 Business Days

Note: This is an estimate. Most orders arrive towards the earlier part of this range. Peak seasons or severe weather conditions may cause slight delays.

SECTION 3 - STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including your Tracking Number.

SECTION 4 - PRIORITY PROCESSING & INSURANCE (OPTIONAL) If you select the "Priority Processing + Insurance" option at checkout, your order is flagged as high-priority in our system. This grants you:

  1. Skip the Queue: Your order is moved to the front of the processing line for faster dispatch (typically within 24 hours).
  2. Premium Insurance: Your shipment is fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If any issue occurs, we offer an immediate replacement or full refund without lengthy investigations.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOMS & DUTIES GUARANTEE We strive to deliver a seamless door-to-door experience. For the vast majority of orders to the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, there are no extra fees upon delivery.

However, international customs rules can vary (especially in Canada). Palazyo offers a Customs Duty Guarantee: In the rare event that your order incurs customs duties or import taxes, we will reimburse you.

  • Simply pay the fee to the carrier to receive your package.
  • Email a photo of the receipt to contact@palazyo.com.
  • We will refund 100% of the fee amount to your original payment method.

SECTION 6 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or using universal tracking services like 17Track or ParcelsApp.

SECTION 7 - INCORRECT ADDRESS Palazyo is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately via email, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
