1. How long does delivery take? We operate with a global logistics network. Our average delivery time for our main markets (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) is 7 to 15 business days after order processing. (Note: Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days).
2. Why is the packaging so simple? To minimize waste, we have consciously eliminated fancy, single-use retail boxes. Instead, your order ships from our global logistics hubs in simplified, reinforced packaging. This decision reduces paper waste and carbon volume, prioritizing robust protection to ensure your order arrives safe and sound.
3. What is "Priority Processing + Insurance"? This is an optional upgrade available at checkout. By selecting it, your order is flagged as high-priority in our system. This grants you:
- Skip the Queue: Your order is moved to the front of the processing line for faster dispatch (typically within 24 hours).

Premium Insurance: Your shipment is fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If any issue occurs, we offer an immediate replacement or full refund.
4. Will I be charged customs fees? For the vast majority of orders to the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, there are no extra fees. However, international customs rules can vary (especially in Canada).
At Palazyo, we want your experience to be stress-free. If you are charged any customs fee or duty upon delivery, simply pay the fee, send us a photo of the receipt, and we will refund 100% of that amount to you immediately. We’ve got you covered.
5. How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment in real-time.
6. What if I want to return a product? We offer a 30-day return guarantee. You can return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Simply contact us at contact@palazyo.com to start the process.
7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept secure payments via all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note that all transactions are processed in USD. If your card uses another currency, your bank will automatically handle the conversion at their current rate.
