OUR GUARANTEE (30 DAYS)
We want you to love your purchase. That is why we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want your experience with Palazyo to be risk-free.


DAMAGES, ISSUES & INSURANCE
Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Standard Orders: If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue.
  • Priority Insured Orders: If you purchased "Priority Processing + Insurance" at checkout, your claim is fast-tracked.
  • No Return Needed for Damaged Goods: To save you time and shipping costs, we typically do not require you to return damaged items. Simply email us a clear photo or video of the defect to contact@palazyo.com, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.


ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS (FOR VOLUNTARY RETURNS)
If you simply changed your mind (the item is not defective), you can still return it. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags/seals.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For voluntary returns (change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Since our logistics hubs are international, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return or damage claim, simply contact us at contact@palazyo.com with your order number and (if applicable) a photo of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps within 24 hours.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected (or your photo evidence is approved), we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
